It’s so easy to get your 1:1 meetings started

Once you are on board as a Sponsor we will:

• Send the list of delegates at a pre-arranged number of weeks out before the event.
• Through our dedicated meetings concierge coordinators, send our targeted meeting requests on your behalf.
• Keep in regular contact with you, updating you on your meetings as they confirm.
• Pre-event, send you a dedicated itinerary of your confirmed meetings.
• Onsite, our dedicated concierge team do all the heavy lifting for you, ensuring your meetings run on time.
